Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate in Workforce Planning within its Advisory practice to drive workforce transformation for client organizations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement talent programs, analytics, and performance initiatives that align with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of experience in talent management, analytics, and organizational design, with a degree in a relevant field.

  • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred.

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture and workforce analyticsWork with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial managementDrive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation effortsContribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guidesParticipate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firmBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferredExperience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the human capital spacePrior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchyMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
