Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a driven investment professional to evaluate new opportunities in the lower middle-market. You will perform market research, financial analysis, and initial underwriting to support deal sourcing.

You will build and review financial models, valuations, and investment cases, lead due diligence across multiple workstreams, and collaborate with management, advisors, and lenders through the transaction process to drive value creation.
