Qualifications

• High School Diploma or better with 4+ years in manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Associate's or higher with relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical plant start-up is a plus.
• Understanding of cGMP manufacturing facilities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-the-floor upstream operations according to SOPs and MPs.
• Operate and monitor equipment; collect samples and complete documentation (EBR).
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety standards.
