Teneo is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transactions & Strategic Situations (TSS) team in New York.
The Senior Associate will be an integral member of client teams, supporting companies and senior leaders through complex, high‑stakes situations including M&A, IPOs and other capital markets activity, restructurings and other critical corporate situations.
The role will have broad exposure across clients, transactions and Teneo's global network, with responsibility for delivering high‑quality client work, managing day‑to‑day account activity and supporting the development and execution of strategic communications programs.
Based in New York City, with a minimum of three days in the office
