Job summary

DoorDash Drive is seeking a Senior Associate for the GTM Growth team to design playbooks and grow new merchant volume across a fast-growing business line. You will become an expert on product, operations, and merchants, building models, documents, and processes to win deals and improve merchant experience.

You will influence cross-functional teams to scale new business, prioritize partner needs, and deliver speed and quality outcomes through rigorous analysis and first-principles reasoning.

About The Team

DoorDash Drive is looking for you to join as a Senior Associate for our GTM Growth team supporting new verticals. DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. The GTM team is focused on getting merchants launched quickly and efficiently, setting both parties up for long term success. The business line you’ll be supporting is fast-growing, fast-paced, and is obsessed with efficiency.

About The Role

You will help design the playbook measuring and growing new Merchants volume for one of our newest business lines. You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and Merchants. You will be on the forefront of expansion; building models, creating documents, and implementing processes to win deals, increase wallet share and ensure our Merchants are having a great customer experience. You will perform comprehensive analysis and make insightful recommendations about our business strategy with the ultimate goal of helping DoorDash disrupt a new industry.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$87,000—$128,000 USD
