L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Software Engineering in Colorado Springs. You will contribute to design, development, and testing of software systems that support mission-critical defense programs in a fast-paced environment.

Join a collaborative team, write clean code in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and participate in design reviews, requirement analyses, and SDLC tasks. Eligible for US Secret clearance; relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Must be eligible and able to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Subversion (SVN)
• Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools or software modeling
• Experience working within a defense or government contracting environment
• Knowledge of software security practices and secure coding standards
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with automated testing frameworks or test-driven development (TDD)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $74,500-$138,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
