Job summary

Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking External Auditors, FDD, or Deals professionals who want to transition into Corporate Accounting & Finance, gaining exposure to FP&A, M&A, fund accounting, and technical accounting or system implementation work. Long-term, single-client advisory engagements focused on up-skilling you as an A&F professional.

No prerequisites beyond External Audit foundation and openness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA preferred or in process.
• Min 3 years External Audit exposure at Big 4 or large CPA Firm.
• Min 3 busy seasons in external audit (2 seasons plus a summer season acceptable).
• High professionalism; ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules.
• Advanced Excel skills desirable.
