To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Associate to develop breakthrough, business-moving campaigns to help agents sell our various offerings, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Medicare Supplement, Dental, Vision and Specialty plans. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who deeply understands health insurance products and how to develop campaign strategies that enable sales partners to deliver results in a fast-paced, and regulated environment.

This position will reside within the Marketing Organization which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. They will extensively collaborate with the following partners: Market Presidents, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Data and Technology.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, FAQs, and talking points.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Brand, and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for internal and external sales teams.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve tools and resources.
  • Track usage and effectiveness of enablement materials to inform future development.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing communications, or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, FAQs, and talking points.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Brand, and Compliance.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Ability to gather feedback from sales teams and apply insights to improve tools and resources.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Learning & Development, Communications or related fields.
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance marketing, including an understanding of CMS regulations and healthcare marketing compliance standards.
  • Background in training development, instructional design, or onboarding programs.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting national sales teams or channel partners.

Pay Range: $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
