Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in corporate taxation, REITs, partnerships, and consolidations, with solid knowledge of ASC 740.
• Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in partnership taxation and advisory services.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex tax concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead teams effectively.
