Senior Associate, Quantitative Product Manager

You will ignite your passion for product innovation by leading the customer-centric development of groundbreaking quantitative products to support private market investors. You will remove barriers to success by encouraging creative solutions and champion the culture of continuous innovation. The ideal candidate is someone who has:

• Successful track-record of launching digital product features from conception through market commercialization, particularly for financial products and/or products for institutional investors.
• Proven history of driving product decisions through a deep understanding of customer journeys, consistently prioritizing customer beliefs and behaviors to define the product strategy and roadmap.
• A bias toward action and hands-on approach to driving implementation.
• An ability to enhance adoption of key product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

What you will do

• Partner with Quantitative Investment Science cross-functional teams and end users to drive execution of the digital product vision, with ownership of the implementation of product features to achieve business goals.
• Plan, develop, and execute new product features, including working closely with design and engineering to define, document, and communicate clear feature requirements, ensuring shared understanding before and during development.
• Supporting feature development by clarifying requirements, answering questions, and helping ensure implementations align with approved specifications and designs.
• Coordinating testing, validation, and issue resolution to confirm features function as expected prior to launch.
• Collaborate with internal teams and directly engage with customers to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
• Translate customer needs into product capabilities via collaboration with product users/engineering teams.
• Responsible for product performance, accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business goals.

What you bring

Education Preferred

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A) / Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Business, Digital Product Management / Development, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 5+ Years digital product leadership in Investment or FinTech sectors preferred.
• Prior experience in Private Equity, Alternative Investments, and or Institutional Investors preferred.

Base Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $135,000.00 This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
