Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Manager for the Global Payment Network in multiple U.S. locations, including McLean, Richmond, Chicago, and Riverwoods. The role blends human-centered design with business and technology focus to transform payment experiences.

You will partner with teams to deliver scalable payment features, own feature roadmaps, and guide agile development. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow within Enterprise Payments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile process.
