About the team

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Product Manager to revolutionize our credit line management experience and how customers interact with their credit. In this role, you will own the front-end platform for Line Management, which powers the customer journey—from seamlessly enabling single-card users to request credit line increases, to workflows that allow multi-cardholders to effortlessly reallocate available credit across their accounts. You’ll serve as the strategic partner across our business segments, collaborating closely with fellow managers and cross-functional teams to align strategy, drive integrated problem-solving, and ensure a unified product vision. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience

• At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Cambridge, MA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
