Senior Associate Product Manager
Job description

We are seeking a delivery-focused Senior Associate Product Manager to help shape and advance a modern sales enablement platform within a regulated financial-services environment. This consultant will turn strategic goals into clear product requirements, well-defined data needs, and sequenced delivery plans that empower sales teams with timely, actionable information.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, UX practitioners, solution architects, data specialists, and engineering teams. They will bring structure to complex decisions, maintain an outcome-oriented backlog, and ensure each release delivers measurable value for users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert business objectives and customer experience concepts into process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and continuously refine the product backlog, including prioritization, release sequencing, planning ceremonies, and delivery milestones.
  • Establish functional data requirements for a sales platform, covering core entities, relationships, ownership structures, access controls, and data-quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with commercial and data stakeholders to define sales signals, ranking logic, usability standards, and data-refresh expectations.
  • Partner with design teams to validate workflows and product assumptions through prototypes, user feedback, and realistic data scenarios.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, data, and delivery teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
  • Define success measures related to user adoption, sales efficiency, data reliability, platform quality, and commercial impact.
  • Support enhancements across advisor and institutional sales journeys, including lead management, account intelligence, relationship visibility, pipeline activity, and reporting.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or functional product delivery.
  • Experience supporting financial-services, asset-management, wealth-management, or similarly regulated business environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement processes, including prospecting, account planning, client and account hierarchies, engagement tracking, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including objects, workflow capabilities, permissions, and configuration considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to define functional and logical data models, including master data concepts, lineage, governance, quality controls, and entitlement rules.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and practical release plans.
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments, including backlog refinement, increment planning, and functional acceptance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to align senior business leaders, designers, architects, data teams, and engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce, or related customer‑data and AI‑enabled platform capabilities.
  • Exposure to intelligent automation, generative AI, or agent‑based experiences in a financial‑services setting.
  • Knowledge of composable or headless architecture patterns and reusable services supporting multiple customer or sales channels.
  • Experience delivering products in environments where data models, integrations, and governance practices are still maturing.
