RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in the Risk and Controls Practice in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on supporting clients' risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in audit or related fields. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting risk assessments, and supporting multiple projects. Compensation Range: $77,700–$146,900. Eligible for discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
