Job summary

PwC is seeking a Pharma and Life Sciences R&D Operations Consultant, Senior Associate, to advise clients on strategic and operational aspects across the drug development lifecycle in Charlotte, NC. You will analyze complex problems, design strategies, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with a diverse PwC team to deliver impact.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
4+ years of experience in pharma and life sciences R&D or related consulting fields.
Experience guiding junior team members and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex problems within pharma and life sciences R&D operations to deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with PwC teams and clients to improve R&D productivity, trial design, and process optimization.
Support organizational design initiatives to streamline R&D functions.
Utilize decision support tools and analytics to inform lifecycle decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio and resource management.
Develop and implement operations strategies to support client growth and innovation.
Document processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare client workshops, develop executive-ready presentations, and coordinate project activities.
