Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Senior Associate for Outsourced CFO & Accounting Services. This position involves delivering financial reporting oversight and CFO support to alternative investment clients. Responsibilities include NAV calculations, full-cycle accounting, and maintaining general ledger activity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–6 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP. Competitive salary offered between $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in private equity or alternative investment accounting.
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• Experience with management company accounting and operational finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and review NAV calculations and capital account statements.
• Full cycle accounting for entities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

Skills

U.S. GAAP knowledge

NAV preparation and reporting

Fund accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Investran, etc.)

Ability to operate independently

Experience in advisory environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
