A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice serves the middle‑market and large‑cap private equity firms that engage A&M to improve operating results at their portfolio companies. As a Senior Associate in Transformation Services, you will support large, complex client engagements, working closely with private‑equity leadership to design and implement creative business solutions for portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities:
Salary range: $100,000–$170,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
