Job summary

KPMG LLP in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice. You will provide tax compliance and advisory services for partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations across a diverse client base from Fortune 100 to emerging businesses.

You will work on a multi-disciplinary team, build and manage client relationships, mentor tax professionals, and contribute to market activities while delivering high-quality tax service and advice.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience with global banking, corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or MST from an accredited college/university
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations and partnerships
• Solid knowledge of ASC 740
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams
