Job description

Senior Associate, Newmark Consulting Group

New York, NY, United States

Job Description

About Newmark

Newmark Group, Inc. is a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, partnering with many of the world's largest corporations, investors, and owners. With more than 9,300 professionals across approximately 175 offices worldwide, Newmark combines deep market expertise with innovative solutions to help clients optimize their real estate portfolios and drive business performance.

Newmark Consulting Group (NCG) is Newmark's independent enterprise strategy and transformation consultancy. We partner with organizations across industries primarily with C Suite clients to solve complex business challenges spanning strategy, AI, brand, business strategy, customer and employee experience, organizational transformation, and workplace—whether or not real estate is part of the engagement.

As a growing practice, we offer the best of both worlds: the backing of a global organization with the agility of a team that's still evolving. You'll have direct access to senior leaders, the opportunity to influence how we work, and the chance to take on broader responsibilities than you might in a more established consulting firm. It's an environment where initiative is valued, bureaucracy is minimal, and career growth is driven by impact—not tenure.

We partner with executive leaders to align People, Purpose, Place and Brand—putting people at the center of enterprise strategy to unlock growth, strengthen organizational performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
