Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Interest or experience in defense, aerospace, government services, cybersecurity, or federal contracting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across defense, aerospace, government services, and government technology sectors.
• Build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and support transaction execution.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research.
• Lead due diligence efforts and prepare investment committee materials.
• Work closely with management teams to support growth initiatives, operational improvements, and M&A activity.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and develop value creation recommendations.
• Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities and maintaining industry relationships.
