DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Live Order Experience team in Merchant Strategy & Operations to lead analysis and execution of programs reducing missing and incorrect orders. The Live Order Experience team makes sure every order that leaves a merchant's kitchen shows up exactly the way the customer ordered it. We partner closely with merchants to get to the root cause of order quality issues and build the tools, policies, and merchant-facing programs that fix them - work that touches millions of orders a week and shapes whether customers trust ordering again.
We're hiring a Senior Associate to help lead analysis and execution on programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders. You'll dig into order-level data to size problems and spot patterns, help design and run tests of new merchant interventions, and turn what you learn into solutions. It's a good time to join: we're scaling several interventions that are already working and piloting new ones, so the work you do in your first few months will directly impact the future of Merchant operations.
You will report into the Senior Manager, Order Quality on our Live Order Experience team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.
We expect this position to be filled by 9/29/26.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
