Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Associate for supply and demand planning execution in our Charlotte, NC office. You will drive SIOP processes, convert planning signals into supplier actions, and partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, SIOP and Inventory to meet KPIs.

This onsite role requires 3+ years in material planning/buying and 2+ years SAP experience, with strong Excel and analytical skills to optimize inventory health and production reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years material planning/buying experience.
• 2+ years SAP experience.

About This Role

This position is for an experienced Senior Associate responsible for supply and demand planning execution, supporting SIOP processes, and driving system and process improvements while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is an onsite role at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Job Description

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SAP

• Ability to cohesively work with various departments and outside vendors
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
