Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Associate for supply and demand planning at our Charlotte, NC office. You will own S&OP processes, coordinate with suppliers, and drive improvements to meet customer KPIs.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing and SIOP teams, manage supplier performance, and support inventory health initiatives while working onsite in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of material planning / buying experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.

• Execute and support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP).
• Convert planning signals into supplier actions (POs, expedites, de-expedites).
• Drive moderate process and system improvements.

• Manage supplier performance against delivery, inventory and service KPIs.
• Support inventory health, CTB, and production reliability initiatives.

About This Role

This position is for an experienced Senior Associate responsible for supply and demand planning execution, supporting SIOP processes, and driving system and process improvements while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is an onsite role at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Job Description

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of material planning / buying experience
• 2+ years of experience in SAP

Preferred Qualifications

• Communicate and interact with international vendors
• Analytical skills
• Ability to cohesively work with various departments and outside vendors
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
