A health services company is looking for a Senior Associate, Model Performance & Orchestration to analyze data and deliver insights that enhance health outcomes. As a Senior Associate, Model Performance & Orchestration, you’ll play a strategic role in analyzing and interpreting data across Humana & CenterWell. You’ll help uncover insights that inform marketing strategies, improve member engagement, and support clinical and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-rich environment and enjoys connecting analytics to real-world health outcomes.
You’ll lead analytical efforts that support integrated health initiatives across Humana & CenterWell.
Your work will help Humana deliver more personalized, effective care experiences by connecting data to strategy and execution.
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required.

$117,600 - $161,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
