Job description

About the Team

The Live Order Experience team makes sure every order that leaves a merchant's kitchen shows up exactly the way the customer ordered it. We partner closely with merchants to get to the root cause of order quality issues and build the tools, policies, and merchant-facing programs that fix them - work that touches millions of orders a week and shapes whether customers trust ordering again.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Associate to help lead analysis and execution on programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders. You'll dig into order-level data to size problems and spot patterns, help design and run tests of new merchant interventions, and turn what you learn into solutions. It's a good time to join: we're scaling several interventions that are already working and piloting new ones, so the work you do in your first few months will directly impact the future of Merchant operations.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Order Quality on our Live Order Experience team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Strategize – Build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including which merchant segments to target and how to drive engagement
  • Analyze – Build models to evaluate the, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and define success with KPIs
  • Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to execute tests on everything from adoption to optimization
  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives
  • Make stuff happen – Handle complexity in a detailed and structured way, with a bias to action
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • You’re an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL is a plus
  • You have a proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • You have expert interpersonal and communication skills
  • You’re a self-starter – You have a bias towards action and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • You’re naturally curious – You always look for ways to innovate and improve
  • You’re gritty – You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful
  • You’re a relationship-builder – You can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
  • You’re a problem solver – You can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans

We expect this position to be filled by 9/29/26.
