JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Associate to support Deposits & Liquidity Performance Analytics within Treasury Services.

You will deliver critical financial insights through forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting, partnering with Finance, Product, and Treasury to translate data into clear recommendations. You will drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, and controls, demonstrating leadership potential and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, treasury, or wholesale banking products.
• Advanced Excel with driver-based models and large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work independently.
• Strong communication skills to translate analysis into executive-ready materials.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or leading workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead balance sheet and revenue forecasting for Liquidity & Account Solutions.
• Support end-to-end revenue and NII forecast, including model development and scenario analysis.
• Run scenario analyses on rates and balance movements; synthesize results and advise actions.
• Prepare monthly P&L variance analysis with driver commentary and variance analysis.
• Reconcile actuals to source systems and allocation methods; ensure traceability.
• Produce recurring executive-ready reporting with narrative enhancements.
• Coordinate inputs across Finance, Product, and Treasury; manage timelines.
• Identify and lead automation initiatives to improve forecasting and reporting.
• Uphold strong control standards across reconciliations and model governance.
• Mentor junior team members and lead small projects.
