Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Associate (Investment Partnerships) in Essex County, MA (Hybrid) with our client. You will support global investment sourcing, research market trends, manage CRM data, and coordinate outreach strategies. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in investment banking, consulting, or private markets who excel in relationship management, analysis, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect Sourcing: Build and manage a database of prospective investment managers and institutional partners to support sourcing efforts.
  • Market Research: Analyze asset classes and emerging trends to guide the investment team’s outreach strategy.
  • Outreach Coordination: Organize outreach activities and maintain consistent engagement with managers and industry contacts.
  • Relationship Management: Track meetings, follow-ups, and prospect updates in the CRM to support business development.
  • Industry Monitoring: Monitor market news and developments, recommending outreach or follow-up actions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or institutional investment research.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in CRM systems and database management preferred.
