PwC in the United States seeks a Senior Associate in our Tax practice to navigate the global tax landscape, providing tailored services to optimize strategies, minimize risks, and drive compliance. You will mentor junior team members and build strong client relationships within International Tax Services and the Global Business Structuring network.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Laws degree
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex international tax regulations to provide strategic tax planning and compliance solutions
• Developing and implementing tax-efficient structures to optimize global tax positions for clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute international tax strategies
• Conducting in-depth research on tax laws and regulations to inform client recommendations
• Preparing and reviewing tax documentation to support compliance with international tax laws
• Advising clients on BEPS strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Assisting in the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures in accordance with accounting standards
• Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax solutions
• Mentoring junior team members to enhance their understanding of international tax concepts
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex tax issues and develop actionable insights
