Job summary

RLDatix in Lewisville, TX hires a Senior Associate Implementation Specialist to configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize healthcare software solutions for client implementations.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value from RLDatix solutions, including go-live readiness and ongoing environment support. This role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a willingness to commute to the Lewisville office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation or related client-facing technical role.
• Proven success delivering software implementations and resolving complex technical or operational challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, HL7, XML, and JSON; strong troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to commute to the Lewisville, TX office.
• Sincere interest in healthcare technology and improving outcomes for healthcare organizations and their patients.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Configure SaaS platform workflows, business rules, and system settings to deliver successful client implementations aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in order to drive implementation success and promote product adoption.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues to ensure stable system performance and timely resolution of client challenges.
• Validate platform configurations and conduct testing activities in order to support smooth go-live readiness and deployment accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance existing customer environments to support upgrades, interface changes, workflow improvements, and long-term client success.
