Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, healthcare information technology, customer success, training, implementation, clinical informatics, or related roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support to promote best practices and improve the end-user experience with Oracle Health solutions.
• Assess current-state workflows and recommend improvements aligned with Oracle Health best practices.
• Participate in Adoption Consulting engagements that improve user adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and execution of client adoption strategies that encourage effective use of Oracle Health technologies.
• Follow Oracle consulting methodologies and established best practices to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Analyze client situations and end-user experience data to develop functional recommendations.
• Assist in implementing Oracle Health products and technologies to meet client objectives and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project team members to deliver successful client outcomes.
