Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BAC to ensure seamless execution of the credit policy lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting.
• Govern day-to-day administration of Credit Approval and Credit Exception frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end Policy Adherence process and recurring reporting routines.
• Validate and maintain the inventory of Risks, Requirements, and Controls for CR&A.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing of enhancements to supporting credit risk technology.
• Draft release materials and communications for change initiatives.
• Leverage data to provide insights for data-based decisions.

The individual will collaborate with partners across the Lines of Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk to drive operational excellence, maintain a well-managed control environment, and optimize data-driven risk reporting processes.
