Qualifications

• 4+ years of substantive experience in fund finance and subscription line transactions, preferably in a large law firm setting.
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a key member of deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions and asset managers in fund finance and subscription line facilities.
• Advise on asset-backed financing structures for funds and private investment vehicles.
• Lead and manage key aspects of transactions, including due diligence coordination and closing.
