  • Prepare and review capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and fund-level expenses, and support NAV calculation and monthly or quarterly financial statements.

Loan servicing and agency support

  • Process borrower payments and agent notices, confirm rate resets, and monitor payment due dates and covenant reporting deadlines.

CLO and structured credit

  • Support waterfall calculations, coverage and collateral quality testing, and trustee or manager reporting for CLO and structured credit vehicles.
  • Review reports for accuracy and completeness before they reach clients, and elevate exceptions.

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, auditors, and counterparties, and respond to inquiries within agreed service levels.
  • Review the work of Associates, give clear feedback, and help them build technical skills.
  • Support audit and tax requests with schedules and documentation.
  • Identify process gaps, document procedures, and help improve controls and automation.
Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation models.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with comfort working directly with clients and agents.
  • Attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and sound judgment about when to elevate.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and keep core hours aligned with US time zones.

Nice to Have

  • CPA, CFA, or progress toward either.
  • Experience with CLO or CDO trustee reporting, waterfall modeling, or collateral compliance testing.
  • Familiarity with loan servicing and fund accounting platforms such as Allvue, Geneva, Wall Street Office, Clearpar, or Investran.
