Job summary

Capital One Auto is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to forecast, model, and report on the Navigator Platform business. You will build partnerships with Finance and business teams, develop insights for senior leaders, and influence strategic outcomes through robust financial analysis.

You will own budgeting and forecasting, communicate risks and opportunities, and deliver ad-hoc analyses while prioritizing workload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience with financial modeling.

Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis - Capital One Auto

We are seeking a strategic problem solver and intellectually curious associate to join our Capital One Auto Team. As a Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, modeling, and building strong relationships with business partners supporting our Navigator Platform business. Navigator Platform is the Capital One software service which provides dealers the ability to create personalized experiences for car buyers that helps demystify their options with digital financing tools. With the Navigator Platform launch to dealers in 2023, this role provides a unique opportunity to be a part of a start-up like business within Capital One Auto. You will manage financial performance and equip Business leadership with financial insights, directly influencing strategy and driving business outcomes. This role requires strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills in order to effectively: Conduct analysis and drive outcomes, relevant insights, and action plans Develop presentations to senior audiences to communicate insights and to influence both business and financial outcomes. Partner with Finance and business teams to assess the financial implications of ongoing and proposed new initiatives to optimize business performance and foster trusted business partnerships.

Location and Salary

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• Plano, TX: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Financial Analyst
• Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
