Job summary

PwC South Africa is seeking a Deals - FS - Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate to provide strategic advice and rigorous financial diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze earnings quality, assets and cash flows, and collaborate with clients to uncover value and improve decision-making.

You will mentor junior staff, manage deal processes, and build lasting client relationships while navigating evolving business contexts and maintaining PwC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
