Job summary

A retail and fashion company based in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Associate to manage accounting operations and ensure accounting accuracy. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance. Competitive pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 with various benefits including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of accounting experience is a must (preferably in Big Four audit).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core areas of accounting including Revenue, Inventory, Payroll, AP, Accruals.
• Play a key role in the month-end financial statement close process.
• Coordinate with internal & external auditors.
