Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice in McLean, VA. The role focuses on translating regulatory requirements into compliance procedures and conducting in-depth reviews of potential non-compliance against federal regulations.

The successful candidate will perform data analyses to create documentation, dashboards, and briefing materials addressing emerging compliance trends while supporting project management activities and maintaining audit traceability.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Federal Healthcare Policy experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience supporting/conducting healthcare policy research and analysis
• Experience/knowledge of healthcare programs (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid)
• Experience synthesizing healthcare policy research and presentation development
• Experience supporting project management day-to-day activities
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
