Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, Anaplan, Tableau experience preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Job description

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

Role Overview

This role will support the CVP, Expense Management lead for Agency and Field Experience, with responsibility for expense reporting, analysis, and planning activities. The Senior Associate will deliver actionable insights to support business decision‑making, enhance reporting capabilities, and strengthen expense management discipline.

This position requires a strong analytical foundation, the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders, and experience working with financial systems and data tools. The role will also provide guidance to an Associate and contribute to team priorities and process improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Support expense management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close analysis for Agency and Field Experience
  • Prepare and deliver recurring reporting and analysis (e.g., variance analysis, trend reporting, leadership updates) with clear insights and recommendations
  • Enhance analytics and dashboards to improve transparency into expense drivers, trends, key ratios
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial results, provide guidance, and support decision‑making
  • Leverage financial systems and tools (SAP, Anaplan, Tableau) to extract, validate, and analyze data
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and forecasting processes
  • Support ad hoc analyses and cost‑benefit analysis of strategic initiatives

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, expense management, or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Anaplan, Tableau, databricks preferred
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and communicate effectively to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $81,000-$115,500

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
