Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; OR Engineering Intern with four years of subprofessional engineering experience; OR four years at Engineering Technician II level or above; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and technical staff within the ROC and coordinate with outside agencies and districts.
• Oversee design and operation of ITS field elements and district contracts; ensure policy implementation and service controls.
• Coordinate freeway management and incident response using CAD; provide supervision and technical direction to ROC staff.
