Hinge Health is looking for a B2B Email Marketing Associate to join our Demand Generation team and help execute our email strategy across the buyer journey.
This role will own the development and execution of email programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across multiple audience segments and sales funnel stages. You’ll bring expertise in audience segmentation, email database strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution to help us deliver more relevant, timely, and effective communications.
This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role. You’ll partner closely with demand generation, design, copy, sales enablement, sales leaders, and BDRs to build and optimize email programs that support key go‑to‑market priorities. You’ll help translate campaign goals into smart segmentation, strong messaging, and scalable execution that reaches the right audience at the right moment.
We believe that remote work and in‑person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog‑friendly workplace program.
