Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Legal-Compliance to lead and enhance the company's healthcare compliance program across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and external-facing teams. You will oversee monitoring, auditing, and data-driven oversight with vendors, and translate findings into policy updates, training, and controls.

The role requires a law or health policy background, 8+ years in compliance/audit in life sciences, and experience with data dashboards (Tableau/Power BI)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in compliance/internal audit in health care/life sciences.
• Certifications in compliance/auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution/enhancements of the healthcare Compliance Program across departments.
• Plan and manage monitoring/auditing; co-lead assessments; develop playbooks and trackers; lead daily operations.
• Live monitoring of external-facing activities with vendor oversight.
• Use data analytics dashboards to identify trends, outliers, policy deviations, repeat issues, and emerging risks; oversee data analytics vendor exchanges/refreshes.
• Conduct data-driven audits across systems and prepare reports for the Compliance Committee/senior leaders.
• Drive corrective action follow-up and translate insights into policy and SOP updates.
• Draft/enhance policies, training, and resources; improve Compliance Operations processes/systems and develop AI tools.
