Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years of experience in a planned giving-centric or philanthropic advisory role.
• Demonstrated record of cultivating and closing gifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Affinity for The Salvation Army ministry.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and close planned gifts for the Division and units.
• Provide estate and gift planning education and counsel to donors and volunteers.
• Advise donors on allocation procedures and designation options for gifts.
• Maintain monthly reports with goal-oriented results.
