Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in credit analysis / underwriting with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
