Hearts & Science is seeking a Senior Associate in Creative Asset Management to coordinate asset delivery for digital campaigns. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines and specs are met, and to support the CAMs workflow from kickoff through delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in a creative or digital media agency
  • Knowledge of digital media, advertising, and specs is a plus
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across levels
  • Undergraduate studies in advertising/marketing is a plus
  • Entertainment industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support client communications for creative asset management and deliverables

  • Provide daily status updates for pending, complete, or at-risk items

Senior Associate, Creative Asset Management
Overview

As a Senior Associate – Creative Asset Management, you will play a key role in working with internal media, activation, and operations teams and external stakeholders to manage the creative asset workflow associated with digital media campaigns. This role’s primary focus and responsibility is the coordination of asset delivery, including production timelines and technical specifications, and routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners. The Senior Associate, Creative Asset Management also plays a vital role with the CAMs team to support the coordination of specs and final asset deliveries.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working at a creative or digital media agency
  • Knowledge of digital media, advertising, and creative and technical specs is a plus
  • Ability to support multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - strong project management (time management, organization, and prioritization) skills are a must
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels
  • Knowledge and skills typically acquired through the completion of undergraduate studies in advertising, marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the entertainment industry strongly preferred but not required

  • Communicating with operations team to ensure creative assets are trafficked and set live correctly and on time
  • Supporting the CAMs team in the client creative asset delivery process, and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders

$40,000 - $75,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
