The ideal candidate will have a law degree and 2-4 years of experience with real estate construction subcontracts and commercial construction contracts. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, assisting with change orders and claims, and advising on commercial contracts. Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience with construction real estate matters.
• Familiarity with AIA standard form contracts and purchase orders.
• Motivated, hardworking team player.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate construction subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with project change orders and legal claims.
• Maintain and update legal databases with current information.
