Responsibilities

• Provide legal services related to asset management and regulatory oversight for the Statewide Asset Management Unit (SAMU).
• Review and negotiate legal documents for ownership transfers, refinancing, loan workouts, and mortgage/regulatory enforcement.
• Supervise Assistant Counsels and legal support staff.
