KPMG LLP in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Associate, Content and Creative Product Owner to join our Clients and Markets organization. You will build technology experiences across KPMG’s creative and content platforms, translating campaign, content, brand and experience activation requirements into working solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience across marketing technology, creative technology, digital product management, or marketing operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, product management, or marketing preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with creative, content management, or marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into practical, working solutions.
  • Experience moving from concept to working experience rather than just requirements.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and emerging AI capabilities for creative workflows.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

  • Build and activate technology experiences across KPMG’s creative and content platforms, translating campaign, content, brand and experience activation requirements into working solutions
  • Configure and optimize platform capabilities, including templates, workflows, reusable components, brand controls and self-service experiences to enable high-impact, brand-aligned, risk-managed execution that connects with our buyers and drives growth
  • Provide technology support for dynamic and personalized creative, working with Web, Personalization and Marketing teams to build and test variations of content and creative for different audiences, journeys and digital experiences
  • Enable self-service creation, receiving requirements from subject matter experts to build templates, components and guided experiences that allow marketers and business users to create high-quality, on-brand content with less reliance on specialist teams
  • Partner with Content teams to identify and activate AI-enabled creative workflows, test and operationalize new AI capabilities for content generation, adaptation, versioning, localization and other creative use cases; translate brand standards into scalable platform experiences, helping ensure templates, components and workflows reinforce KPMG’s visual identity and content standards by design
  • Build reusable capabilities rather than one-off solutions, identifying patterns that can be standardized and applied across teams, campaigns and channels; connect creative and content workflows, supporting integrations and testing how information, assets and content move between platforms to reduce manual handoffs and duplication
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of experience across marketing technology,creativetechnology, digital product management, marketing operations or adjacent areas
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in technology, product management, or marketing preferred
  • Hands-on experience working within creative, content management, digital experience or marketing technology platforms to deliver scalable capabilities, workflows and experiences
  • Ability to work directly with marketers, designers and content teams and translate their needs into practical, working solutions; understanding of content and creative workflows from creation through approval, management and activation
  • Someone who enjoys taking an idea from concept to a working experience rather than stopping at requirements or recommendations
  • Familiarity with generative AI and emerging AI capabilities for creative and content workflows, with curiosity and willingness to experiment with new approaches and learn new platforms quickly
