AustralianSuper is seeking a Senior Associate, Compliance & Operational Risk, to join the New York office for a fixed-term 12-month contract.
You will help implement and embed the revised risk management framework across US operations, collaborating with global risk teams to strengthen governance, controls and risk culture.
The Fund is undertaking a multi-year enterprise risk transformation initiative that comprises a range of strategic workstreams designed to strengthen risk management practices, governance, and accountability across all business domains and global operations.
As we continue to strengthen our global risk framework, we're seeking an experienced risk professional to join our New York-based Compliance & Operational Risk team.
The Senior Associate, Compliance & Operational Risk, will work on the continued implementation, uplift and embedding of the Fund's revised risk management framework. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of the Fund's most significant risk transformations. Working closely with the Risk team, you'll help drive the next phase of implementation, refinement and operationalisation across the US business.
Note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
This is a position based on-site at 1251 Avenues of the Americas.

The compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 (this is based on full-time hours, located in New York City). The pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience and refers to the amount AustralianSuper is willing to pay at the time of posting.
