Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice in New York. You will provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, and participate in ASC 740 calculations as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will manage teams of tax professionals, deliver high quality tax service and advice, and contribute to market activities and client relationships with Fortune 100 to emerging businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation or law firm.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships and ASC 740 knowledge.
• Excellent advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to articulate complex information.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams.
