Base pay range

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of external audit experience from large CPA firms, including one busy season as a senior. Combo candidates with external audit and corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation are also considered
• CPA or progression toward preferred
• Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation is a plus
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) rules and standards
• Demonstrated career progression and job stability

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total Compensation- $110,000- $135,000 commensurate with experience; base salary starting at $85,000 in most markets
• The entrepreneurial, total compensation approach combines a competitive base salary commensurate with experience with several energizing incentives, allowances, and other experiences. Over the last five years, Professionals have earned an average of more than 44% of their base salary in incentive compensation
